Our cost for a Half-Day Mediation up to 4 hours is generally $1,000 for a weekday session and $1,250 for Saturday sessions. For couples who agree on most issues and need help resolving one or two sticking points, such as alimony or the timesharing schedule. Many family mediations (child support, paternity, parenting plan) fit comfortably in a half day.
Our pricing for a Full-Day Mediation which is up to 8 hours is $2,000 for a weekday | or $2,500 on Saturday. A full-day session generally addresses all issues: property division, alimony, parenting plan, and child support. Many couples resolve everything in one day. We can mediate with you virtually or in person in Clermont or Winter Park.
Hourly Mediation costs $250 per hour weekday and $312.50 per hour on Saturdays. Sometimes spouses or couples choose to return to finalize a single unresolved issue, requiring a follow-up session to finish remaining items, or a quick return to mediation after circumstances change.

Payment is due when you book your session. We accept most credit cards, Zelle or other forms of wire transfer. Most couples split the fee 50/50, but any arrangement you both agree to is fine.

In litigation, two attorneys bill hourly often $300–$500 per hour each for motions, hearings, and discovery that can stretch on for a year or more. In mediation, you pay one neutral professional for a focused session aimed at agreement rather than conflict.
Should I book a session or pay hourly? If you have more than one issue to resolve, the half-day session is usually the better value four hours at the hourly rate would cost the same, but the session guarantees the time is reserved for you. Hourly works best for single-issue matters and follow-ups.
What happens if we don’t reach a full agreement? Even partial agreements narrow the issues, which saves you significant money if any matter does go before a judge. Many couples book a follow-up at the hourly rate to finish the remaining items.
Is virtual mediation the same price? Yes. Virtual sessions are the same rates and work well for spouses in different cities or with demanding schedules.
How long will my mediation take? Most family mediations with one or two issues finish within a half day. Full divorces with property, alimony, and children usually take a full day. We’ll give you an honest estimate at your consultation so you can book the right session.
